The challenge
Most visitors leave without buying, and a standard “10% off” popup is easy to ignore. Merchants need a reason for shoppers to share their email, a nudge to check out while the offer still feels exciting, and a way to see which rewards turn into real orders, not just signups.

The product we developed
ForTech developed SpinX for ePlugin. Shoppers play a spin-to-win game, and discounts, free shipping or free gifts are applied to their cart for them. Merchants launch on-brand campaigns in minutes with ready-made themes for sales and seasonal events, then fine-tune the wheel, popup and multi-language content in a visual editor. Campaigns appear at the right moment: on exit intent, after a delay, on click, by URL or from an announcement bar, with reward delivery and reminder emails that bring shoppers back.

What the product enables
Merchants grow their email list and recover sales from traffic they already paid for. They follow every reward from spin to redeemed order, see which rewards drive revenue, and filter and export leads for email marketing.
